Specimen ballots are provided for public inspection pursuant to Title 25 P.S. § 2968. Official ballots are printed on white paper. Specimen ballots are provided on yellow, blue or peach colored paper at the Elections office. Title 25 P.S. § 2968 (b) (c) requires specimen ballots be printed by candidates, political parties and political bodies on different colored paper for conducting campaigns.

Online specimen ballots are believed to be accurate, but may be subject to change based upon court rulings or direction from the Pennsylvania Department of State.
